WHY IT MATTERS

Why Surface Preparation Comes First

A coating applied over rust, old paint, or contamination tends to fail early, no matter how good the paint itself is. One of our commercial clients found this out directly: after we blasted a trailer down to bare metal and treated it with a rust inhibitor, the surface was ready for priming the very next day, with no flash rust to deal with first. That kind of clean, properly treated surface is the foundation every coating depends on.

OUR SERVICES

Surface Preparation and Coating, Together

We handle both sides of the job: blasting the surface to the right profile, then applying the coating, so there’s no gap between prep and paint where rust or contamination can creep back in. Using one team for both steps keeps the project on schedule and avoids the common issue where a coating fails because the prep work and the paint work were done by two different crews who weren’t coordinated.
