OUR SERVICES
Surface Preparation and Protective Coating Solutions
We work with industrial and commercial clients on projects ranging from single components to full facility treatments.
Mobile Blasting
Full-service mobile blasting that comes to your location. Ideal for large structures, industrial equipment, and commercial facilities.
Dustless Blasting
Uses water, compressed air, and recycled crushed glass silica-free and environmentally safe. A built-in rust inhibitor protects exposed metal for up to 72 hours.
Soda Blasting
Baking soda as the blasting media gentle enough for delicate surfaces, effective for fire restorations, and acts as a natural deodorizer. Used professionally since the 1980s.
Walnut Blasting
Crushed walnut shells for surfaces that need thorough cleaning without substrate damage. One of the softest medias available leaves no surface profile on the material.
Garnet Blasting
One of the harder blasting medias ideal for heavily rusted or corroded steel, concrete, and industrial substrates. Silica-free, eco-friendly, and produces minimal dust.
Industrial Painting
High-performance coatings for structural steel, tanks, piping, equipment, and commercial structures applied after proper surface preparation for long-lasting adhesion.
BUILT FOR YOUR PROJECT
We Work Around Your Project
Not the Other Way Around
Blast Works mobilizes to your location with the equipment and crew required for your specific job. Before we start, we assess the surface condition and confirm the right preparation method. Most clients don’t need to pause operations for us to work.
- We evaluate existing coating condition and surface profile requirements before selecting a method
- Work is scheduled around your production calendar or shutdown window
- Containment, masking, and environmental protection are set up before blasting begins
- Surface profiles are checked and documented before any coating is applied
- Cleanup is part of the job, not an add-on
