Dustless Blasting Can Give You a Clean Surface

Learn more about our dustless blasting process

Dustless blasting is a surface preparation process that involves using a mixture of water, compressed air and recycled crushed glass to remove a wide range of coatings and sealants. The recycled glass is free of crystalline silica, which makes it safe for the environment, the workers and the people around the worksite.

A rust inhibitor is added to the water when blasting because many metals can "flash rust" if left exposed. This inhibitor is also environmentally friendly and will prevent rusting for up to 72 hours as long as the metal is kept dry.

Blast Works LLC can use dustless blasting to remove any coating from any surface safely. We'll provide you with a clean surface to work with or just remove layers of paint to reveal the original product. Call us today to get a free dustless blasting quote.
